Ms.Lucy Li worked at Beanstalk Education Group for more than 20 years, starting from a teacher, to the Group‘s admissions department, marketing department and the president's  assistant position to get full exercise and development. Out of love for education and beanstalk, she is willing to dedicate her life's passion and energy to this place.

Ms. Danny Wang graduated from Capital Normal University, majoring in education. With more than 20 years of experience in international kindergarten teaching and management, she has studied in the United Kingdom, Canada, the United States, Japan, and other countries, and has several qualification certificates such as Positive Discipline Parent Certification Lecturer, Montessori, Orff, etc., and has unique insights into preschool education and international education. Ms. Danny Wang has always been committed to promoting early childhood family education, providing parents with scientific and practical positive discipline concepts and methods.

Ms. Nancy Wang has been working in the international early childhood education industry for 19 years and has rich experience in teaching management.

She worked in Singapore‘s international bilingual kindergarten for 6 years, and after returning to China in 2009, she served as the teaching supervisor in a well-known international kindergarten in Beijing for 5 years. In 2014, she joined the beanstalk education group and served as principal, head of principals, and assistant to the president.

Ms. Betty Bai has worked in International Bilingual Education for the past 20 years, including 14 years in senior leadership. In 2001, she joined the beanstalk group, where she taught before becoming a Principal and was part of the founding teams for both BIBS Kindergarten and K-12 schools around China. She has a wide range of skills and experiences, having been an Academic Principal, Director of Operations and Kindergarten group director during her time in the beanstalk group.Her personal motto is: “Being passionate straightens the path towards excellence.” She looks forward to sharing her love of learning as she works with our students, parents, staff and community to create a wonderful environment here at BIK.

Ms. Jenny Xiao majored in music education in Jilin, and completed her postgraduate study at Northeast Normal University. She is holding the MCI British Montessori Association preschool education tutor qualification certificate. She once served as the director of SongQingling International Kindergarten. She has 20 years of international education front-line teaching and management experience, accumulated a wealth of experience in education practice in line with international standards, has practiced for many years Montessori education concept and Reggio Emilia education concept in China‘s local practice, advocating child-oriented, return to nature, respect for children’s natural development of preschool education.

Ms. Ping Zhu graduated from the Pre-school Education Department of Beijing Normal University. She has been teaching for 28 years and has worked as a first-level teacher in management positions for 20 years. Ms. Zhu was awarded as Excellent Worker of the Private Education Association and Outstanding Manager of Haidian District. Ms. Zhu is a master of kindergarten management and team building. It is her lifelong ideal and pursuit to make preschool education better and more wonderful with love.

Mrs. Wyllie has taught and held senior educational leadership positions in New Zealand and, for the last seven, in international schools in China –Wuxi, Suzhou and Beijing. She is a life member of the Golden Keys Honors Society, an invitation-only international academic think-tank for high performing scholars and teachers.
