• Copy of child's Household Register and ID card

• Copy of a valid Temporary Residence Permit for citizens of Hong Kong and Macau

• Copy of a valid Temporary Residence Permit for citizens of Taiwan

Foreign Children

• Copy of the child's passport picture page and the visa page

• Copy of a valid Temporary Residence Permit from local police station
